Welcome to WAPIAR. By using our WHMCS plus WhatsApp Marketing Service you confirm you have read understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy Cookies Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Service Overview
WAPIAR provides a WHMCS integration and WhatsApp marketing automation service using a secure third party gateway. The system enables automated notifications client updates and marketing campaigns for business use only.
2. License & Usage
- All integrations and tools are licensed for business use only.
- Redistribution resale or modification of our integrations is prohibited.
- The Service must be used in compliance with WhatsApp official rules and usage limits.
3. Data & Privacy
- WAPIAR does not store or share user message content beyond delivery needs.
- You are responsible for the content sent through your connected WhatsApp number.
- Compliance with WhatsApp and applicable data protection laws is mandatory.
4. Account & Integration
- You are responsible for linking your WhatsApp number with the third party gateway.
- Reconnection or QR reauthentication may be required occasionally.
- WAPIAR is not liable for third party gateway issues or downtime.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or spam messages.
- You may not distribute unlawful or misleading content or violate WhatsApp or third party terms.
- WAPIAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without notice or refund.
6. Ban Policy
- At WAPIAR we maintain high compliance with WhatsApp official standards.
- If you follow all official WhatsApp policies we guarantee your number will not be banned through our system.
- We personally operate multiple business numbers through the same infrastructure to ensure reliability and safety.
- However if you violate WhatsApp rules or misuse the Service WAPIAR will not be responsible for any resulting bans or restrictions.

- WAPIAR provides its services as is and assumes no liability for WhatsApp bans caused by user misuse third party system failures data loss message delivery delays or indirect damages.
9. Modifications
- We may update our Service or these Terms at any time without any notice.
- Continued use of the Service means you accept the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.
10. Data Reliability And Uptime
- WAPIAR guarantees an annual uptime between 99% and 99.98%. In rare cases where we fail to meet this standard, we may offer compensation in the form of one free service month (equal to 2% value coverage). Scheduled maintenance periods are excluded from uptime calculations and are not considered downtime.
- We use an up-to-date system to provide the best, highly responsive service. Our system is updated twice a month, usually requiring 2–4 hours of maintenance. Maintenance will be announced a few hours in advance and may last between 1 and 48 hours. During this period, any Wapiar-connected service may not be running or active. We do not guarantee that data such as auto-replies, active campaigns, scheduled campaigns, or AI chatbot information will be retained. This period will not be counted as downtime, and Wapiar cannot be held liable. By continuing, you agree to these terms.
11. Support
- WAPIAR provides technical support for integration and setup only.
- Issues related to WhatsApp itself or third party gateway performance are beyond our direct control.
- Our support team is dedicated to helping every client professionally. However, abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, WAPIAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service. A reinstatement may require a $20 fine and a written letter apology.
