API Key Setup
Enter your Wapiar API Key, which you can find in your Wapiar dashboard under account settings. This key connects your WHMCS with Wapiar securely.

Number Credential Setup
Now enter your active Wapiar-connected WhatsApp number that you want to integrate. Make sure it stays connected at all times for smooth message delivery.

Save Changes
Finally, click Save Changes, your WHMCS is now linked with WhatsApp. You can instantly start sending automated notifications and custom messages to clients.
Important Note
In rare cases, WhatsApp may disconnect from the Wapiar app. If this happens, simply log back into the app and reconnect your device using the QR code. After reconnecting, we recommend performing an API reset from your settings for optimal performance (though this issue rarely occurs).
